How long will my order take to get to me?  

As all orders are made by hand, time between order to shipment may range from 3 - 8 weeks (not including weekends). Shipping and delivery dates are TENTATIVE and therefore may be longer or shorter than previously stated.

I need my order in a hurry, can I expedite my order?

There are NO rush orders, all orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

I've placed my order, what's next?

Upon placing an order, a deposit of $30 (not including shipping) will be due to hold your order's position in the queue. Should a customer decide to cancel their order BEFORE receiving the notification that work on their order has began, the deposit fee will be returned.
