Refund policy
Cancellations can be made all the way up until the customer receives an email notification that work on their order has begun.
Should a customer decide to cancel their order BEFORE receiving the notification that work on their order has begun, the deposit fee will be returned.
Once work begins on an order, it CANNOT be canceled and payment for the entire order will be due at the time of its completion before its shipment
Orders CANNOT be canceled once work on their order begins.
There are NO refunds.
- Since all orders are custom made according to the specifications given, orders are non-refundable, BUT in the event that a customer is extremely dissatisfied, a compromise can be reached
- Compromise(s) may include, but is not guaranteed to be, a partial or entire remake of an order or a credit towards another item
- In the event that an order is remade in part or entirely, the items that do not fit MUST be returned before the remake process begins
- If items received are ill-fitted but made to the specifications given by the customer, a remake fee will be charged, however, if items are ill-fitted due to an error on the part of MiR, no remake fee will be charged
