All items are made by hand and therefore may have small and subtle imperfections, please keep this in mind before ordering

As a creative and business owner, I take pride in producing and providing the best quality products, therefore quality and craftsmanship will be checked before items are shipped

 

How long will my order take to get to me?  

As all orders are made by hand, the time between order to shipment may range from 3 - 8 weeks (not including weekends). 

Shipping and delivery dates are TENTATIVE and therefore may be longer or shorter than previously stated 

 

I need my order in a hurry, can I expedite my order?

There are NO rush orders, all orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

 

I've placed my order, what's next?

Upon placing an order, a deposit of $30 (not including shipping) will be due to hold your order's position in the queue. Should a customer decide to cancel their order BEFORE receiving the notification that work on their order has begun, the deposit fee will be returned.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made all the way up until the customer receives an email notification that work on their order has begun.
  • Should a customer decide to cancel their order BEFORE receiving the notification that work on their order has begun, the deposit fee will be returned.
  • Once work begins on an order, it CANNOT be canceled and payment for the entire order will be due at the time of its completion before its shipment.
    • Orders CANNOT be canceled once work on their order begins.

There are NO refunds.

Since all orders are custom made according to the specifications given, orders are non-refundable, BUT in the event that a customer is extremely dissatisfied, a compromise can be reached.

Compromise(s) may include, but is not guaranteed to be, a partial or entire remake of an order or a credit towards another item.

In the event that an order is remade in part or entirely, the items that do not fit MUST be returned before the remake process begins.

If items received are ill-fitted but made to the specifications given by the customer, a remake fee will be charged, however, if items are ill-fitted due to an error on the part of MiR, no remake fee will be charged.

 

Payment and Shipping

Before any items are shipped, payment must be received in FULL for all items ordered.

Customers will be notified when work on their order begins and when their order is complete and ready to ship, at which time the payment must be made in order for the order to ship.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total of the order.
