Shipping policy

Before any items are shipped, payment must be received in FULL for all items ordered.

• Customers will be notified when work on their order begins and when their order is complete and ready to ship, at which time the payment must be made in order for the order to ship
• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total of the order
